We pay great attention to products quality and services of customers all the time. Here are some common FAQs as followings, hope they will help you better before purchasing our products:
1. How to buy your products? Do you have distributor in our country?

You could purchase the products from our company directly. Normally the process of purchasing is:

Sign the contract í˙ payment by T/T í˙ contact forwarder to deliver the goods to your country
Now we are looking for the qualify distributors for all countries. We warmly welcome you become our distributor.

2. Do you provide OEM service?

Yes, OEM is available. We could provide you OEM Service, Design Service ,Buyer Label Service, etc.

3. Can you change the voltage and frequency for different customer from different countries?

  Yes. It is available.

4. We need some catalogues, can you send it to me?
Yes, we can send E-catalogue to you via email or Skype, or send original catalogues via DHL, but you need pay for the shipping cost.

5. at present, where are your customers?
So far, we have exported our products to more than 50 countries and areas like: Philippines, Indonesia, Mozambique, Australia, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Israel, Yemen, Pakistan, Colombia, UK, Canada, Taiwan, Sri Lanka, Zimbabwe, etc.

6. Hong long is the delivery time if I make an order now?
It depends on the quantities of your order and models. In general, the delivery time is within 15-25 working days for portable and vertical autoclaves. Larger quantities and special requirements will take more time. But sometimes, we have some in stock; the delivery time is very short.

7. Do you have the CE certificate? What kinds of certificates do your products have?

Table top autoclaves all have CE certificate and ISO9001, ISO13485, implements EN13060:2004.

Some of our products do not have the CE certificate. All of the products have ISO9001, ISO13485, and other necessary certificates. 

8. Whatí»s the payment do you accept?
Generally speaking, we accept T/T or L/C ( we need to charge extra 200USD if the order amount less than 10000USD), if you have any questions on payment, please feel free to contact us by email, phone, fax or Skype.
9. What is the warranty? How about the spare parts? Do you offer the training for free? We are worry about the repairing, how to do the after service?

(1) Warranty: one year since the day of Commissioning qualified. If there is any fault for our products within the free warranty period, we will repair it and change the fault assembly for free.

(2)Spare parts: we provide you long-term service for spare parts.

a) For the Pharmaceutical sterilizers, If the amount of large and the quantity is big, we can send our technical staff to install the machines, training the technical staffs of the customer or assigning your engineers to our factory for training in China. General speaking, we can provide our customer 7-10 training days for free according to different products. We charge of accommodation cost.

b) For other autoclaves, we will send you the userí»s manuals or the fault of the machine by the internet on line and our technical staffs will do the judgment and advice how to solve the problem. It is for free to offer you this service.

(4)After-service: generally speaking, if some spare parts of machine have damaged and caní»t be repaired on line advice, customer could take apart the faulted assembly and send to our company, we will repair it and send it to customer.
